Marcel Ducoli was born and raised in Central Switzerland, and has built his career in sales and business development across different industries, including more than a decade of experience in the medical industry. With a Diploma in Business Management and extensive experience in developing customer relationships, building new business and managing high-value opportunities, he brings a strong commercial background and a proven ability to turn opportunities into results.

A passionate ice hockey player for more than three decades, Marcel considers sport one of his greatest schools of life. Discipline, teamwork, performance and resilience have shaped his approach both professionally and personally.

His connection to WALD is deeply rooted in his Swiss heritage. Marcel was born and raised close to the source of WALD’s mineral water and has since returned to live in the same region.
