Our water undergoes a natural process to gain minerals and ensure it meets the highest standards of benefit and taste. Wald Mineral Water is rich in essential minerals like calcium, magnesium, and bicarbonates, making it not only refreshing but also the perfect water for a health conscious individual.  We do not add any unknown trace elements, any chemicals, this water is sourced without any impact on the spring or surrounding (WALD) or forest environment. A: Wald Mineral Water is bottled using a meticulous process that ensures the highest quality standards. Sourced from a pristine Swiss Alpine spring, our mineral water is NEVER bottled in single use plastic containers.  Wald is only bottled in a high-grade recyclable glass from just north of Switzerland in Germany, and our bottle manufacture Weigand-Glas is a top rated facility that uses and purchases recycled glass for new products. Our caps and closures are manufactured in Austria and are made with recyclable aluminum, and cork or saranex film to prevent microplastics from entering the water and contaminating it. Each bottle is sealed immediately to preserve freshness and to prevent bacterial contamination, ensuring that when you open a bottle of Wald Mineral Water, you're experiencing the same pure, refreshing taste as if you were drinking directly from our Swiss Alpine spring.

A: Wald Mineral Water is meticulously sourced from a high spring in Swiss Alps, ensuring every drop reflects the natural richness of this unique mountain, and prevents nitrates, and other human impact chemicals from entering the water.  The water originates from natural springs located near Mount Pilatus in Central Switzerland, and is sourced without impact to the spring.  There are no pumps, or suction to the spring as the water is prepared to be put into your bottle. This untouched source provides water for the Wald Water company, but very little is taken and most is sent onwards.  Our commitment to sustainability means we carefully manage our springs to maintain the ecological balance, ensuring that Wald Mineral Water remains a pure and reliable source as we have for the last 150 years, and the 150 years to come.

A: At this time Wald Mineral Water does not accept returns. We rarely encounter material damage or missed deliveries with our carrier.
